RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Bella Mosca, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day window from the date of purchase for exchanges or returns in the form of a store voucher. To start the process, visit our returns and exchanges portal through the link below, enter your order number, and follow the simple steps.

START RETURN PROCESS

Once your request is submitted, you will receive a return label and instructions by email. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition with tags intact.

Exchanging a Product or Size

Exchanges are free, though shipping costs are your responsibility. After we receive the item for exchange and verify it’s in perfect condition, you’ll get an email with a payment link to cover the shipping fee for the new item. If you choose a higher-value product, you will need to pay the difference. For lower-value items, the difference will be added to your store credit. Your new order will be prepared within 2-5 business days, excluding shipping times, which vary depending on your location.

Returning a Product

For returns, once we receive and verify the item is in perfect condition, you’ll receive a store voucher via email. This voucher can be used for future purchases at Bella Mosca and is valid for up to one year.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Bella Mosca, we pride ourselves on the handcrafted nature of our pieces. Small imperfections are part of the design and uniqueness of each item, so we do not accept returns for these variations. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.

You have 14 days from the purchase date to request an exchange or return. After this period, Bella Mosca reserves the right to deny the request. During holiday seasons (Christmas), we extend this period to one month.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Items purchased with discount codes or during promotions are not eligible for return.

Refunds

At Bella Mosca, refunds are not available. Instead, you will receive a store voucher for future purchases, which will be sent via email once we have inspected the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

In cases of damaged goods or errors on our part, we will cover return shipping fees. Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Bella Mosca is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
